NIPPON TOKKEN, a top maker of industrial fabrics, has provided solid woven belts, which play an active part in the manufacturing field of the various industries, including the corrugator belt that realizes a stable production of corrugated cardboard, the 100%cotton yarn for food processing that is highlyharmless to food, and the airslide canvas that is essential for the conveyance of powdered grain.
In recent years, we have also worked on Heatax Belts that are best suited to the production under high temperature and the transportation of heated materials. We are keeping up our customer’ s versatile needs, with early development of new products using new basic material and with full use of the special properties of woven belts such as thickness, broadness, air permeability and durability.

Nippon Tokken produces the corrugating belt only in Japan since 1941. Nippon Tokken has as strict standard on quality, which is why all products has the same quality.

Two types of weavings for the corrugating belts areprovided.
The one is woven mainly with the highmoisture-absorbency cotton yarn and the other is woven mainly with the wear-resistant synthetic fiber.
Both types are suited to the production of high-quality corrugated cardboard since they are all NS-processed to ensure low distortion and dimensional stability of the belts.
